My Honda Service Center in Tom’s River is always clean, uncluttered, with a friendly atmosphere. They were very accommodating with scheduling. The shuttle driver Nicholas was very polite and pleasant. Michel the tech was also. I love the fact that he could show me what work he needed to do. He explained it simple enough for this 76 yr old to understand. And the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I give 5 stars.

I find the staff to be friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and dependable.

I've had exceptional service ever since I purchased my vehicle in December of 2018. Even during the pandemic, the service department went the extra mile for me. Online scheduling is a wonderful tool. I find the staff to be friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and dependable.
