Work was fine, but dismissed me initially when I first brought it in. Had to bring back a second time for them to realize it was a major issue. Follow up was poor, I always had to call and track them down.

Toms River Honda (TRH) is situated locally to my hometown and therefore very convenient. I recently tried to schedule an oil change at an out of town and out of county dealership where I work, but ultimately had the work done at TRH, as the wait time for a service appointment at the other dealership was a full 5 weeks (ouch!); whereas TRH was not experiencing such a delay. In all fairness to the other dealership - I honestly don’t know what the holdup was, which no doubt was justifiable from their unique perspective, business model or Covid related labor ...
