Ask for Steve L. Great guy, no pressure, honors internet prices and quotes. No bait and switch. Patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Erudite, articulate and intelligent guy, not your stereotypical car salesman( no offense to the industry , just a string of  bad personal experiences). I got a daily AWD commuter from him that I also can get muddy once in a while. He honestly did tell me all the pros and cons. I am still getting used to the subcompact SUV . Acceleration is lacking, steering could be better and I am not a big fan of touchy breaks ( Sahara and Raptor are still staying in our fleet), however my lack of research definitely has nothing to do with Steve L. Thank you brother for the great car buying experience.

I was a brand new customer with an open recall, oil change due and control arm bushing that needed to be replaced. I am a mother of two small children under the age of five and they came and picked up my truck from my job. That made my day so much easier. I know I was in good hands when I got the call to discuss what needed work and what was covered by warranty and extended warranty Great job all around from this service department !!

Dealership who really cares about their clients !My husband and I were "just looking" for a new car the day we stepped into the dealership. Our salesman, Michael, we very helpful and informative. He understood our needs and had several cars to show us. However, management made a such a good deal, we couldn't not pass it up. However, soon after we left with the car, we realized there was an important feature was missing. We were quite upset and immediately returned to the dealership with the new car. Michael and his superiors listened to us. It was clear there was a misunderstanding for which both parties accepted responsibility for.What happened next was truly amazing. The general manager and his team came up with an extremely fair and equitable solution. We were able to upgrade to another car for a very minor price adjustment. I know it must have been a bitter pill for the dealership to swallow, but what was made immediately clear, was that Toms River Honda wanted to make us happy. And that they did!! They stayed well beyond closing time on a Saturday night to prepare the (2nd) new vehicle for us.We live 30 miles north of this dealership, and there are 3 Honda dealers closer to our home. However, when it comes time for our next Honda, we will be happy to drive back down to Toms River as we know that they put their customers needs up front and center !
